PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
for the provision of consulting and information services
Important: This document is the Provider’s official public offer.
Acceptance of the offer (full and unconditional agreement) is deemed to occur when the Customer
pays 100% of the price for the selected service.

advice, or legal counsel.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Key terms
- Acceptance — the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance
of this offer by implied actions (payment for the service).
- Services — consulting and information services in
astro-numerology, astrology, and numerology listed on the Provider’s website.
- Order — the Customer’s selection of a specific Service on the
Provider’s website and submission of a request for it.
- Provider — Budkina Anna Andreevna, payer of professional
income tax (self-employed), TIN 332891657496.
- Customer — any individual who has accepted this offer.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
Budkina Anna Andreevna, acting as a payer of professional income tax (self-employed),
TIN 332891657496, hereinafter the “Provider”, and any individual who has accepted this offer,
hereinafter the “Customer”, together the “Parties”, have entered into this public offer agreement
(the “Agreement”) as follows.
Main provisions
- The Provider shall deliver the Service selected by the Customer; the Customer shall pay for
that Service under this Agreement.
- This Agreement is a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
Acceptance is 100% prepayment for the selected Service. From the moment of acceptance, the
Agreement is deemed concluded in writing and is legally binding.
- The Provider operates under Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018 on the special tax
regime “Tax on professional income”. The Provider is self-employed and fulfils all tax
obligations under applicable law of the Russian Federation.
3. SERVICE DELIVERY
- To order a Service, the Customer completes a form on the Provider’s website and supplies data
required for the consultation (including date, time, and place of birth).
- The Service is delivered in the format stated in its description on the website (written report,
online consultation, Telegram bot access, etc.).
- The Provider delivers information and consulting Services only. Consultation results are
advisory and are not a medical diagnosis, financial recommendation, or legal advice. The
Provider does not guarantee that forecasts will match future events and is not liable for
decisions the Customer makes based on the information received.
- The Provider does not offer occult or ritual services, magic, tarot fortune-telling, curses,
love spells, or similar practices.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- The price of each Service is shown on the Provider’s website in Russian rubles (RUB).
- The Customer pays the full price through the website payment gateway.
- Under applicable law, the Provider (self-employed) must use a cash register or issue a receipt
in the “My Tax” app when receiving payment. The receipt description is “Consulting information
services” or “Information consultations”.
- Payment constitutes the Customer’s agreement to this Agreement.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA
- The Provider shall not disclose confidential information received from the Customer and processes
personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
- Personal data are processed to perform Services under this Agreement.
- The Provider may use anonymized Customer data for marketing, informational, and other purposes.

6. MISCELLANEOUS
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
- Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations; failing agreement, disputes are submitted to the
court at the Provider’s place of registration.
- The Provider may amend this offer unilaterally; amendments take effect when published on the
website.
- By accepting the offer, the Customer confirms voluntary action and familiarity with all terms of
this Agreement.
